I have seen Roxanne 'live' and read this book...cover to cover. Then I listened to the audio as well. I rarely do both.
I work with lending institutions on loan quality and help lenders say "yes" to good loans. I have found that some lenders are numbers people and some are relationship people.
Both types need clear guidance on how to 'sell' themselves and the company they work with. Roxanne's advice helps transform a lender from a person who says yes/no on a loan to a person who finds qualified customers and then brings solutions to their borrower's business challenges.
I highly recommend this book.
