Harry Henn's original (1970) hornbook on The Law of Corporations, and its updates with John Alexander, is a concise general review of corporate law.It has good citations to the fundamental cases, and over the years has beenupdated with new cites. However, with the pace of recent corporatechanges,the "newest" edition of 1996 does not provide the mostcurrent review and the reader is relegated to other corporate resources.
