I read the Japanese version of this book. This is one of the best finalce books I've ever read. This book helped me to understand much better the future of financial businesses. It is especially good in explaining: whatis the rationale for financial intermediaries to exist,how capitalmarkets evolved, why corporations hedge by themselves, and how asymmetricinformation affects financial instruments.
